The GGD type low voltage withdrawable complete panel produced is suitable for the AC 50Hz power distribution system (rated voltage: 380V; rated working current: 5000A) of power users such as power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises. It is used for power conversion, distribution and control of power, lighting and power distribution equipment.
The product features high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical schemes, convenient combination, strong practicability, novel structure and high protection classes. It can be used as an upgraded replacement product for low-voltage complete panel.
The GGD type low-voltage withdrawable complete panel complies with standards including IEC 439 《Low-voltage Complete Switchgear》 and Controlgear and GB 7251 《Low-voltage Complete Switchgear》.

GGD low voltage panel Structural Features
- The cabinet of the GGD-type low-voltage withdrawable complete switchgear adopts a universal cabinet type. Its frame is assembled by local welding of 8MF cold-formed sectional steel, and the frame parts and special supporting parts are supplied by designated section steel manufacturers to ensure the precision and quality of the cabinet. The components of the universal cabinet are designed based on the modular principle, with 20-module mounting holes. It has a high universality coefficient, enabling the factory to carry out pre-production, which not only shortens the production cycle but also improves work efficiency.
- When designing the GGD cabinet, full consideration is given to the heat dissipation issue during cabinet operation. There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components in the cabinet generate heat, the hot air rises and is discharged through the upper slots, while cold air continuously enters the cabinet through the lower slots. This forms a natural air draft from bottom to top in the sealed cabinet, achieving the purpose of heat dissipation.
- In accordance with the requirements of modern industrial product styling, the GGD cabinet uses the golden ratio method to design its external shape and the division dimensions of each part, making the entire cabinet elegant and refreshing.
- The cabinet door is connected to the frame with a rotating hinge, making installation and disassembly convenient. A mountain-shaped rubber-plastic strip is embedded at the folded edge of the door. When closing the door, the strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke, which prevents direct collision between the door and the cabinet and also improves the protection class of the door.
- The instrument door with electrical components is connected to the frame with multi-strand flexible copper wires, and the mounting parts in the cabinet are connected to the frame with knurled screws. The entire cabinet forms a complete grounding protection circuit.
- The cabinet surface adopts plastic spraying, which has strong adhesion and good texture. The entire cabinet has a matte finish, avoiding the glare effect and creating a more comfortable visual environment for the on-duty personnel.
- The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed, facilitating the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. Lifting rings are installed at the four corners of the cabinet top for lifting and transportation.
- The protection class of the cabinet is IP30, and users can also choose between IP20 and IP40 according to the requirements of the operating environment.
