1、Switching operations, safety protection, and safety warnings before inspection

a. Disconnect the low-voltage side circuit breaker of the transformer to be maintained, pull down the isolating switch, and hang the corresponding sign on the handle.

b. Disconnect the load switch on the high-voltage side of the transformer, confirm that it is in the disconnected position, then close the grounding knife, and complete the safety insurance of the switch and hang the relevant identification plate.

c. Check electricity, discharge, and hang grounding wires on the high and low voltage sides

2、Equipment inspection, dust removal and cleaning

Temperature controller:

a. If the temperature controller does not display, first check whether the fuse is blown. If it is blown, replace it with a fuse of the same specification.

b. Wipe off the dust on the temperature controller and re-tighten the connecting screws of the temperature controller’s control circuit.Fan: Tighten the screws for the fan power connection and the fixing bolts of the fan. Purge all parts of the fan with clean compressed air or oxygen.

Tighten the screws for the fan’s power connection and the fixing bolts of the fan. Use clean compressed air or oxygen to purge all parts of the fan.
Coil:

Purge dust and foreign matter from the coil surface, inside the coil, and between the coil and the iron core using clean compressed air or oxygen (Note: Do not wipe the transformer body with damp objects to avoid reducing the insulation level). Tighten the jacking bolts on the coil spacers with a wrench.
Iron core:
Purge the surfaces and gaps of the iron core and clamps with clean compressed air or oxygen. If the surface coating of the iron core and clamps is damaged, repair it with paint of the same color (acrylic paint). Retighten the clamp bolts, pull plate bolts, and frame connection bolts.
Electrical connections:
Check if there are any signs of loosening in each connecting nut (whether the red dot marks are misaligned). For the fastening bolts at electrical connection points, it is recommended to use a torque wrench for re-tightening.
