The coils are wound on high-precision winding machines, and the low-voltage windings adopt a foil winding structure. Ventilation channels are provided for transformers with larger capacities. After winding, vacuum drying is performed. The entire pouring and curing process is carried out in strict accordance with process requirements, and all steps are closely monitored and adjusted as needed.The precision manufacturing of the pouring process ensures that the coils are free of bubbles and voids,resulting in high-quality finished transformers.
