Founded in 2016, Qianlai Electric is a professional enterprise focusing on R&D and manufacturing of electrical equipment. We have a workforce of over 100 employees, among whom more than 30 are dedicated to the R&D team.
Its core products cover a full range of electrical equipment including Distribution transformer, Pole mounted transformers,Prefabricated substations,Ring Main Units, high- voltage Switchgear, and low voltage Cabinets, providing one-stop electrical solutions for multiple fields.With an annual output value of 200 million RMB, our monthly production capacity of transformers reaches 300 units.

The MOQ varies by product model. For standard transformers, MOQ is 1 unit; for bulk orders or customized models, we will negotiate the quantity based on your demand.
Yes. Our transformers comply with IEC, ANSI, IEEE and other international standards, and we can provide corresponding certification documents to support customs clearance and local market access.
We support mainstream international payment methods:
T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance paid before shipment .
L/C (Letter of Credit): Irrevocable L/C at sight issued by a reputable bank.
For customers with long-term stable cooperation, we can negotiate more favorable payment terms (e.g., extended credit period) based on your credit standing.
Logistics
We mainly use sea freight (cost-effective for bulk goods) and air freight (for urgent orders or small-sized products). We will recommend the optimal shipping method based on your delivery time and budget.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer (FOB/CIF terms negotiable). We will provide complete shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certification documents) to assist you with customs clearance in your local port.
All products are packaged with seaworthy wooden cases, reinforced with moisture-proof, shock-proof and rust-proof materials to ensure safe delivery even under harsh transportation conditions.
Warranty
Generally speaking, the service life of a transformer ranges from 20 to 30 years.but if it brokens,We provide a 24-month warranty for all transformers, starting from the date of shipment.
The warranty covers defects caused by material quality or manufacturing processes. Damage due to improper installation, operation, natural disasters, or unauthorized modification is not covered.
Once confirmed as a warranty-covered issue, we will provide free replacement parts or arrange on-site maintenance (if needed). For severe quality problems, we support product replacement or refund according to the contract.
After-Sales Service
Yes. We offer 24/7 remote technical support (via email, video call, or phone) to guide installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. On-site technical service is also available at your request (travel expenses to be borne by the customer).
We provide a long-term supply of original spare parts at preferential prices. You can contact our after-sales team directly with the product model and part number, and we will deliver the parts via express or sea freight as soon as possible.
Yes. We can arrange online or on-site training courses covering product structure, operation procedures, daily maintenance, and fault handling to help your team master professional skills.
