Fan control logic: By setting a temperature difference control strategy of “starting at 95℃ / stopping at 75℃” (Class F), it can not only avoid frequent start-stop of the fan affecting the equipment life, but also start forced cooling before the winding temperature approaches the critical value, ensuring that the insulation system is in a safe range.

Trip threshold setting: The trip temperature of 130℃ (Class F) corresponds to the thermal aging critical value of its insulation material. When the temperature exceeds this threshold, the winding insulation life will decay exponentially. Emergency trip is the last line of defense to prevent thermal breakdown accidents.

Application tips: In actual operation, the alarm value can be fine-tuned within the range of ±10℃ according to factors such as load characteristics (such as the proportion of impact load) and ventilation conditions, but the adjustment of the trip threshold needs to be verified by insulation life assessment.
